Projects

The things I've built - not all of it for work, some of it just for the love of building.

I'm not a developer. My background is in business analysis, project management, product management, and systems analysis. I've written some code and SQL in the past, but this isn't my forte. I understand code and architecture, but I can't write it myself with any real proficiency.

That said, I've been leading full stack development teams for over a decade, so moving to having AI developers felt natural. I make the same product and architectural decisions, I get the same pushback, I see the same mistakes, and I have the same postmortem discussions to see where we get better. This isn't "vibe coding" where you put three sentences down and ask for a one-shot application in return. This is the same product building I do at work... just not with humans.
